Want to learn how to access new funding for your business and improve your business or personal credit? Join The Seattle Public Library for two free virtual workshops with Tierra Bonds, CEO of Take Charge Credit Consulting, who will share her expertise on accessing capital and building credit.

All Library events are free and open to the public but registration is required.

  • Using Other People’s Money to Fund Your Business – Virtual Workshop: From noon to 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 23. The number one reason businesses fail is because of cash flow challenges. We will walk through the process of finding new business capital and establishing business credit that is separate from your EIN. You will leave this workshop with a game plan to get the funding you need to start, grow, and/or sustain your business.
  • Game Plan to Excellent Credit - Virtual Workshop: From noon to 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 6. You’ll learn how to leverage credit, what a good credit score is and how to improve your score using the “7 Strategies to Take Charge of Your Credit.” You will leave this workshop with a game plan for increasing your personal credit and building your business credit.

A limited number of 30-minute one-on-one, virtual credit consultations with Tierra Bonds will be available to webinar participants. They are listed on the Library’s Business calendar.

People interested in learning more about improving business and personal credit can view three recorded workshops that Tierra Bonds offered through the Library last fall.
