In partnership with Brookdale – Senior Living Solutions, The Seattle Public Library will present monthly talks on health aging for seniors. The discussions will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the last Friday of the month at the West Seattle Branch, 2306 42nd Ave. S.W., 206-684-7444.

Library events and programs are free and open to the public. Registration is required for each discussion, call 206-684-7444. A free box lunch will be available for registered attendees.

Oral Care - 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, April 26. Learn about improving your health through good oral care with Dr. Geoff Johnston.

Chiropractic - 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 31. Learn about chiropractic and the reduction of stress with Dr. Cesar Bernal.

Acupuncture - 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, June 28. Learn about the healing abilities of acupuncture with Nancy Ishii.
