Build, Invent and Learn With Hands-on STEM Activities at The Seattle Public Library's 'Tinkerlab' in June

Play, experiment and discover new ideas at Tinkerlab, a weekly all-ages program that introduces science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) concepts. Each week, there will be self-directed STEM challenges with building and inventor kits to play with and topical books and resources on display.
Library programs are free and open to the public. Free parking is available at each of the Library locations. Tinkerlab is appropriate for all ages. Registration is not required.
Dates, times and locations for the workshops are as follows.
Tinkerlab Drop-In
Drop in and work on a fun STEM-based craft or challenge and tinker around with construction and builder kits. Activities will be available for tinkerers of all ages.

Tinkerlab Academy: Future Fashion Part I, II & III
Learn basic circuitry and sewing while adding LEDs to textiles to create futuristic fashion during this three-part Tinkerlab Academy. For all ages. Drop-in activities will also be available each week.
