The Seattle Public Library will offer public restroom access at three of its locations beginning Thursday, April 23.

The University, Beacon Hill and Ballard branches will open for restroom use only between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Sunday as part of a citywide effort to support the hygiene needs of the insecurely housed during this health crisis.

Two additional Library locations – the Central Library and Capitol Hill branch – will also provide restroom access from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Sunday beginning Monday April 27.

In addition to offering public access to restrooms at five locations, the Library has an array of free digital resources and services for the public to use. Learn more at spl.org/stayinghome.
