Celebrate International Games Week at The Seattle Public Library Nov. 16

Drop in to play board games as part of International Games Week from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16 at the South Park Branch, 8604 Eighth Ave. S., 206-615-1688.
International Games Week is an annual celebration of games, play, libraries and learning. Everyone is invited to drop in and play chess, Scrabble, Scrabble en español, Jenga, Apples to Apples, Chutes and Ladders, lotería, playing cards, mancala, puzzles and more. Come play an old favorite, learn a new game or bring your own. Plus, enter the drawing to win a fun game!
Library events are free and open to the public. No registration is required. The Library believes that the power of knowledge improves people's lives. We promote literacy and a love of reading as we bring people, information and ideas together to enrich lives and build community.
