Middle schoolers can learn how to create games and worlds using Minecraft skills from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Nov. 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 at the Ballard Branch, 5614 22nd Ave. N.W., 206-684-4089.

Library events are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is required, call or stop by the branch to sign up. Free parking is available in the underground garage.

During this five-week Minecraft program, sixth- through eighth- graders will create new worlds, strategize and learn to build like a pro to unlock the mysteries of Minecraft building, adventures and survival.
