Together with the UW School of Law Entrepreneurial Law Clinic and pro bono attorneys, The Seattle Public Library will be hosting free legal consultation sessions for small businesses and non-profits in January, February and March. The sessions will focus on corporate or intellectual property law issues. There will also be a Jan. 12 workshop on when to hire a lawyer.

4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12 - When to Hire a Lawyer. Nervous about the legal risks in starting a business? Gain insights on how a lawyer can help you navigate the early stages of starting a company. Registration is required, sign up in the Library’s calendar.
