In celebration of WordPress's 16th birthday, The Seattle Public Library will offer a Contributor Day workshop. Learn how you can develop WordPress's open-source online publishing platform from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 19 at the Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium, 206-386-4636.

Ian Dunn, a local developer and contributor to WordPress, will show you how you can contribute to WordPress at any skill level—no coding required. After an introduction to the different areas you can contribute your time and skills to, you will find tasks and groups to join and begin your innovating work.
